About Eric
Follow Your Dream.
That is the name of just one of Eric’s many projects, this time not a profitable money-churning business, but a charity that brings fresh water to villages in rural Cambodia.
That initiative exemplifies Eric’s passion for both helping others, whether those in true dire need around the world, or fellow entrepreneurs on their unique roads of following their own dreams en route to building their own businesses.
After graduating with a business degree, Eric worked for a number of technology and got his first real taste of a turnaround when he was part of a team called in to help an ailing an IT company and putting it back on its feet enabling a sale two years later.
He repeated the process, turning around 2 more companies and then helped to accelerate revenue growth of two more .
After three exits in 10 years, that’s when Eric spent a year setting up the Follow Your Dream charity project.
Eric then joined initially as an advisor and eventually as President of a family venture/investment firm where he also sat on a number of Boards and served as coach and advisor to many of the portfolio companies.
In one of his late roles in the corporate world, before throwing himself into full time business coaching, he was once again called in to manage as CEO a public company that was in need of a radical restructuring and over 3 years returned the company to profitability, strengthening the balance sheet and more than quintupled its market cap and share price.
Throughout his career and life, Eric has always helped first. He would love to help you and your companies to create success while staying true to your core ethics and values.
